With new intelligent auto particle identification (API) technology the APSensor Dust Sensor makes it possible to operate in many different dust source scenarios and to accurately measure air quality, even in large outdoor areas. Thanks to a pump-suction sampling method, protected by a solid and reliable metal structure, the APSensor can accurately and reliably monitor dust concentration and be used to activate dust suppression equipment when required.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
As soon as the sampled dust particles pass through the light beam (laser) inside the box, the scattered light sends out electrical signals (pulses). The intensity of the pulse depends on the size of the particles; Bigger ones emit a stronger pulse signal. Measuring pulse values, concentration and quantity of particles in each size can be defined using the APSensor Dust Sensor.
