Just released:  a re-designed range of Hollow Cone Spray Nozzles that can operate at higher working temperatures and pressures than ever before.

Italian designed and manufactured by PNR, the Hollow Cone Spray Nozzles are ideally suited to applications such as exhaust gas scrubbing, pre-treatment processes, dust suppression, foam control as well as cooling and humidification systems. They are also suitable for spray bars and pipe manifolds where large quantities of spray nozzles are required.

Made from moulded plastic, the new range of Hollow Cone Spray Nozzles offer high chemical resistance for a very small investment. Importantly, they tolerate working temperatures up to 100°C and pressures up to 10 bar.

Included in their unique design is a large, hollow internal orifice making them extremely clog resistant, even in low capacity sizes.

The Hollow Cone Spray Nozzles produce a finely atomised mist in a very uniform ring-shaped spray pattern. This means the mist can effectively and efficiently capture suspended particles.
