Leakage butterfly valves with pneumatic auxiliary valves for hygienic and safe media separation.

The design consists of a leakage valve and a flushing valve. Both can be controlled pneumatically either synchronized or separately.

Cleaning of both valves is simple and efficient due to their design. The valves are completely isolated when in the closed state. The valve closing pistons lie almost flush in the through-flow pipe. This prevents any contamination at this point.

The double-flap principle guarantees the highest possible media separation in your pipeline system. Only high-quality AWH standard butterfly valve seals are used in the leakage butterfly valves.

In addition, the auxiliary valves have a connection fitting with 3/8″ external thread. This allows them to be integrated easily into the corresponding pipeline network.

There is also the option of retrofitting the actuator and auxiliary valves with initiators. These enable monitoring of the individual valve positions.
