AWH also provides a compact intermediate flange butterfly valve with a hygienic design. This is a variant with a pneumatic VMove® actuator or manual operation.

The design boasts ease of service and compact dimensions. The design focuses on the highest possible hygienic standards and easy cleaning.

The flush screwed flanges enable efficient cleaning. The interior-installed O-rings ensure the greatest possible interior hygiene. This is screwed to the valve body with two O-ring-sealed flanges.

Screws and threads are also mostly located in the housing. This gives them optimum protection against contamination in “open” production processes.

Installation of the compact flange butterfly valve with a VMove® actuator is extremely simple due to the new AWH holding bracket. This allows for quick and precise assembly. This allows the valve to be attached securely, even in hard-to-reach places.
