Industries that require robust tank washing have been interested in the release of the Breconcherry Fury TWB high power tank washer.

“It offers high cleaning performance even at low flow rates,” says Graeme Cooper, Managing Director of Tecpro Australia. “And with its unique, protective cage, it withstands tough treatment as the nozzle is well protected at all times during installation and removal.”

Mr Cooper says the Fury TWB is used extensively worldwide to clean road and rail tankers for the dairy, food, beverage, chemical and coatings industries.

“It features a highly efficient piston-operated mechanism driven by only 5% of the wash water,” he says.  “This allows an impressive 95% to pass directly into the three nozzles which maximises impingement even at low flow rates of 25 to 100L/min. This low fluid usage can reduce effluent costs by up to 60%.”

The Fury TWB is lightweight and compact and can be fitted to a hose for manual cleaning or permanently installed within a tank. It is self lubricating, with its action driven by the wash fluid.

“Because it does not have a high speed turbine or complex gear mechanism, minimal wear and servicing is involved,” says Mr Cooper.  “It’s been designed to be highly durable and stand up to the harshest of working conditions.”

The Fury TWB high power tank washer offers a 360 degree wash pattern and is highly effective in cleaning tote bins, process vessels, road tankers, rail tankers and other transport containers.

“Its protective cage is synchronized with the nozzles’ 360 degree spray pattern so the cage does not interfere with the flow,” says Mr Cooper. “It can operate at temperatures of up to 120 degrees centrigrade and it offers a cleaning Radius of up to 8 metres when used with the 4mm nozzle.”

Constructed from stainless steel 316, PTFE, CF-PTFE, CF-PTFE, PEEK and Nitrile, the Fury TWB is available with nozzle diameters of 2mm, 3mm or 4mm.

“For tough cleaning jobs requiring a short wash cycle and reduced effluent costs, the Fury TWB is the perfect choice,” says Mr Cooper. “It’s strong and reliable, and delivers a high power effective wash each time.”
