Tecpro is the sole Australian distributor for the new DustCat 5000 by Italian emissions control equipment manufacturer EmiControls. Tecpro has been the long standing Australian distributor for EmiControls, favouring the superior quality manufacturing of its products. As of April this year EmiControls launched the first ever electric dust suppression vehicle in market, revolutionising the space with a high-end environmentally friendly option for all major earthworks.

EmiControls aim is to create solutions that guarantee minimum emissions. They build dust controllers that optimally atomise the water with as little energy as possible and still control dust efficiently.

The DustCat 5000 provides low energy consumption, long machine and parts lifespan, low maintenance costs, versatile configuration and customisation, high safety standards and full control over water flow, throw and droplet size.

The DustCat 5000 is the world’s first all-electric dust control vehicle, It’s a powerful dust-binding machine for large areas, with a throwing range of up to 90 meters. It can be fitted with the V12S, V22 or the V22Orca ensuring dust binding is possible all year round in all climates (+40 degrees to -25°C). It boasts a 5000 litre water tank and is mobile on any terrain thanks to the tracks.
