Two Configurations Available:

1. Stationary Vehicle with Sliding Trolley:
   • In this setup, the vehicle remains stationary while a sliding trolley moves along a pit. This allows for a comprehensive wash as the trolley’s mechanisms reach all areas of the chassis.
2. Stationary Washing Equipment with Travelling Vehicle:
   • Here, the washing equipment is fixed in place, and the vehicle moves through it. This configuration ensures that the chassis is cleaned as the vehicle passes through the washing area.

Features:

• Water Options: These systems can be fed with both cold and hot water, depending on the cleaning requirements.
• Chemical Distribution: To enhance cleaning effectiveness, detergent is applied at the beginning of the wash cycle, and sanitizer is distributed at the end to ensure the chassis is not only clean but also disinfected.
• Pump Groups: The washing systems are equipped with high-pressure pump groups that operate under 100 bar pressure, delivering water at a rate of 90 liters per minute. This balance of pressure and flow rate provides powerful cleaning action without causing damage to the vehicle chassis.
• Control and Operation:
  • Sliding Trolley Version: Features a dedicated control panel that allows for the automated execution of various washing programs, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.
  • Stationary Equipment Version: Uses ultrasonic sensors to automatically start and stop the washing process as the vehicle enters and exits the wash area, providing a seamless and efficient operation.
