Sewer jetting and maintenance requires heavy-duty equipment and now there’s a new range of hose reels to help you start and finish each job efficiently.

The Ramex Xtreme Hose Reel Series are designed specifically for sewer jetting trucks and other specialist, commercial plumbing vehicles. They come in 2 types – a Rear Swing mount model with hydraulic roll in and roll out action and the Rear Low mount model with the option of hydraulic or manual operation.

All models provide controlled hose rewind of 5 rpm and are manufactured using AISI 304 Stainless Steel. There is also the option to powder coat the hose reels to match the vehicle or corporate colours.

The Rear Swing Hose Reels can accommodate hose diameters of ¾” – 1¼” in lengths up to 480m with static pressure up to 250 bar. They come with the option of left or right hand swing. The Rear Low Hose Reels can accommodate hose diameters of ½” – ¾” in lengths up to 185m at static pressures up to 250 bar.

To ensure an even hose lay, the Ramex Xtreme Hose Reel Series also offer automatic hose guides and hose pushers.
