The Torus range of low flow, low pressure tankwashers are specifically designed for use in small vessels, pipes and other difficult applications that previously required manual cleaning. The Torus range is compact enough to be mounted inside pipe work and powerful enough to replace standard spray balls and wash heads in larger vessels. Their ingeniously simple rotating-disc design provides complete coverage for a strong-impact burst rinse without wasting a drop of water.

The Chemitorus is a specially manufactured Torus tankwasher, designed to achieve the highest levels of chemical resistance and much greater value for money. Constructed from 100% Teflon, the Chemitorus is much lighter and more resistant to chemicals than standard stainless steel. It is also much more cost efficient than stainless steel, providing similarly high standards of hygiene and durability at a fraction of the price.

Available in 180º and 360º wash patterns, the efficient Chemitorus teflon tank washer achieves powerful results with a bare minimum of wash fluid, being able to operate with a flow rate as low as 8 L/min and a pressure of only 0.5 bar. It reaches a maximum wetting radius of 2m and a cleaning radius of 1m with a pressure of 2 bar and a flow rate of only 20 L/min. This minimises water and effluent costs as well as reducing OH&S risks in your workplace associated with manual cleaning or high pressure applications.

No spare parts are required and the combination of tough Teflon and the low-wear design ensure that the Chemitorus will require minimal maintenance over its lifetime. It is also extremely easy to operate, simply screwing onto a 3/8” BSP F connection. It has a rated maximum operating temperature of 95ºC and an ambient temperature of 145ºC.
