Having worked at Tecpro since 2005 as our Sales Manager, Andrew understands what it takes to deliver high quality service and products to our clients.

Andrew has very strong problem solving skills. He gained a mechanical trade certificate, which enabled him to refine his technical knowledge further. This is demonstrated in his ability to advise on even the most difficult application. Andrew has a very thorough understanding of Tecpro’s products and services, and is highly skilled at helping customers to find the right solution.

When he’s not working, Andrew likes to get out on his motorbike and go for a ride, or be around anything with wheels and a motor. Do we detect a bit of a ‘rev head’?

Denis BW1 244x300 Our Team

Denis Riley, Technical Consultant

Denis has worked in Sales at Tecpro since 2005 and whilst maintaining a minor sales role, he is now responsible for Quality Control and Safety, Freight and Inventory Management. Highly skilled, with an exceptional eye for detail, Denis is a very important part of our team.

Denis is highly customer focussed and has extensive knowledge of all the products that Tecpro offers. This knowledge compliments his experience of the many and varied applications where the products are used. His excellent work ethic is translated through his thorough and diligent approach to everything he does.

All of this is done whilst keeping his wonderful sense of humour. He also makes the best coffee in the office earning him the title of ‘Tecpro’s in-house Barista’.

On weekends, Denis enjoys running and bike riding – both on road and in the bush. He also loves bushwalking, going to the gym, reading and pretending to play the ukulele. You can also find him in his garage working on his passion of restoring Vintage Formula Vee Racing Car, or just chilling-out… phew, sounds like he needs a rest.

Pat BW1 244x300 Our TeamPatrick Cooper, Technical Consultant

Having worked at Tecpro since 2006, Patrick started in logistics, progressing to Internal Sales, and with his increasing knowledge and experience, he soon became a Technical Consultant.

Patrick’s product knowledge was further enhanced by visiting Tecpro supplier’s in Italy and the UK, touring facilities, meeting other distributors from around the world and attending the CIP Cleaning, Theory and Applications training programme.

During his time at Tecpro, Patrick gained a Certificate of Business and is currently in his second year of an Applied Science Degree at RMIT University.

A passionate fisherman, Patrick spends his spare time at various angling spots around Sydney. He enjoys being in the great outdoors, camping and fishing by streams. He’s also passionate about overseas travel, including ‘tag and release’ experiences with some of the larger pelagics in New Zealand, Malaysia and Fiji.
Basically, wherever the fish are is where you’ll find Patrick.

Craig has over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry sector and holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Technology.
Over the years Craig’s responsibilities have included engineering maintenance, design engineering, environmental management and production management. This vast background provided a well-balanced and broad knowledge base resulting in Craig’s strong ability for critical thinking and problem solving.

Through his background in manufacturing, Craig learned a “golden rule”, which is to exceed your customers’ expectations – and that’s what we’re all about at Tecpro.

After the work is done, Craig looks forward to spending time with his family, surfing and supporting his beloved Dragons NRL team. But we won’t hold that against him.

Scott BentleyScott B W Our Team, Logistics Coordinator

Scott has over 20 years of warehousing and logistics experience, having worked in various industries including Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Engineering. Experienced in all facets of Logistics Management including inventory control and materials requirements planning, Scott brings with him strong negotiating skills with suppliers and freight companies. Scott is a firm believer in building good relationships with both internal and external clients and suppliers.

“I jumped at the chance to work with such a dedicated and experienced team that is at Tecpro. The focus is always on how we can find the best solution to our client’s requirements.”

Scott enjoys spending time with family, playing football and is a fanatical Liverpool and Western Sydney Wanderers fan, getting to as many Wanderers games as possible

Graeme purchased Tecpro in January 2000 after working in the business for 10 years.  The philosophy has always been to have a dynamic business that would cater for clients in a responsible manner.

With over 25 years experience as an Engineering specialist, advising on a wide range of applications across various industries, Graeme 
enjoys helping clients through the process. “By asking lots of questions, we can try to really understand what the problem is, and then work hard to produce the best possible solution. If we believe that we can’t help, we will say so. Our clients can rely on the solutions and advice we offer.

Tecpro is a very ethical and well respected company, and because of this we have developed an excellent reputation in our market place”.

When not working hard, Graeme likes to go to the beach where he is a volunteer surf lifesaver. He also likes to body board and swim, relax with a good book, see a movie, play or concert and catch up with friends.

Having worked at Tecpro for 15 years, Michelle knows the business inside out. Over that time, she’s seen Tecpro grow from strength-to-strength in knowledge and experience to become a competent and reliable supplier of technical information and products. These are the benefits of retaining loyal and reliable staff members who are passionate about what they do.

Michelle ensures that the Tecpro financials are always up to date and running efficiently. Her expert knowledge of finance has helped the business to grow to what it is today.

When she’s not working, Michelle is an avid gardener enjoying spending time tending to her plants and flowers. She also enjoys swimming and reading.

Having been at Tecpro for 23 years Linda is our longest serving employee. We’re very proud of our staff retention, and Linda represents just how much of a family the Tecpro team are.

Linda’s role is vital and varied. She is responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and manages our marketing database ensuring information is correct. Linda also takes care of all customer communications and media liaison. In her leisure time, Linda likes to take off on the wide-open roads on her motorbike or going pillion on her husband’s Harley, exploring the country. She also loves to holiday on cruises with her family.

Lisa joined the Tecpro team in 2011 and is responsible for multiple administrative tasks within the Sales and Marketing Departments including managing the Tecpro websites, management reporting and other fundamental duties. Lisa’s work is vital to our sales and marketing processes.

Bringing over 25 years of office experience together with a passion and dedication for her work, Lisa takes pride in being an open and honest communicator and showing professionalism and integrity at all times.

Since being at Tecpro, she has watched the business grow and flourish under the guidance of Managing Director, Graeme Cooper, and feels proud of the part she has played in that evolution.

When not working at Tecpro, Lisa likes spending time with her family, catching up with friends over a good coffee and enjoys engaging in some retail therapy, from time to time.

Hailing from the Netherlands, Carla had planned to work in Africa but after only a short stint there she, and her family, decided to make their way to Sydney via New Zealand.

Carla has a vast range of global experience in a variety of fields including administration, accounting, sales & marketing. Combining this background with her Bachelor of Science degree she brings a truly international approach to our business.

Thriving on problem solving and the diversity in her work, Carla is responsible for the implementation and optimisation of our systems and processes. Her role enables our business to operate smoothly, and adaptable to future industry and technology growth.

In her leisure time, Carla enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and travelling when time permits.

Sonja has been part of the Tecpro team since 2009 overseeing marketing. Sonja loves to help grow the business while having fun along the way. With a strong academic background and more than 20 years of corporate marketing and sales, Sonja brings crucial management experience. She’s worked for businesses across Europe, Asia, North America, NZ and Australia across a wide range of industries. Sonja brings a wealth of marketing expertise and experience to our team and is renowned for her ‘winner’s mentality’ and inspirational approach.

Sonja has built a reputation for delivering truthful, and practical marketing that delivers in results.

In her spare times, Sonja likes to be with her family including her identical twin boys. She also has a passion for yoga enjoying the challenge of going to the next level.

With over 18 years experience in B2B and consumer marketing working in both large and medium sized organisations, Amy is a highly experienced marketer with strengths in marketing strategy, digital marketing, content strategy, email campaigns, social media, marketing automation and lead generation

Outside of work Amy enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, browsing good book shops and listening to modern piano music.
